- Acted as a liaison with external vendors, including printing, photographers, and award plaque providers, to ensure seamless coordination and quality outcomes.
- Collaborated with the designer to specify requirements and implement necessary amendments for the program booklet and digital banner.
- Collated program booklet details by engaging with various departments and external stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive and error-free content.
- Provided on-ground support during the event day, overseeing tasks such as ushering guests, facilitating award presentations, and managing the adult chorus performers to ensure a smooth and memorable event experience.
