- Provided support to the Stage Manager throughout the production process, attending and overseeing rehearsals to ensure a seamless workflow.
- Managed a team of over 100 individuals, which included performers, members of the ALO team, and various crew members, ensuring efficient coordination and communication among all parties involved.
- Produced essential paperwork, including cast lists and bump-in schedules, to facilitate the production's organization and execution.
- Overseeing all performers and crews backstage during show days, maintaining a well-organized and professional atmosphere.
- Handled the cueing of performers, contributing to the execution of on-stage performances and maintaining the production's overall rhythm and timing.
