- Successfully led a programming team of nearly 20 members, ensuring effective coordination with various festival departments, including Marketing, Village, Production, Logistics, and Command Team, to guarantee the seamless execution of festival activities.
-Conducted thorough research and invitations to bands and buskers, curating an engaging and diverse lineup for the festival.
- Organized a band audition finals event involving 8 external groups, managing all aspects from initial liaison for submission details to delivering audition results promptly.
- Diligently oversaw the execution of fringe events, ensuring their smooth operation and alignment with the festival's overall objectives.
- Assumed the role of Assistant Stage Manager on the festival show day, cueing performers and efficiently managing the side stage to maintain a flawless performance flow.
- Oversee the ALO (Artistic Liaison Office) team to enhance festival offerings and overall artistic quality.
